[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him] (2:22)
It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things. (2:29)
Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is. (2:117)
It is He who forms you in the wombs however He wills. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise (3:6)
It is He who created you from clay and then decreed a term and a specified time [known] to Him, then [still] you are in dispute (6:2)
And it is He who created the heavens and earth in truth. And the day He says, “Be,” and it is, His word is the truth. And His is the dominion [on] the Day the Horn is blown. [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed; and He is the Wise, the Acquainted. (6:73)
And it is He who placed for you the stars that you may be guided by them through the darknesses of the land and sea. We have detailed the signs for a people who know (6:97)
And it is He who produced you from one soul and [gave you] a place of dwelling and of storage. We have detailed the signs for a people who understand (6:98)
And it is He who sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby the growth of all things. We produce from it greenery from which We produce grains arranged in layers. And from the palm trees – of its emerging fruit are clusters hanging low. And [We produce] gardens of grapevines and olives and pomegranates, similar yet varied. Look at [each of] its fruit when it yields and [at] its ripening. Indeed in that, are signs for a people who believe. (6:99)
[He is] Originator of the heavens and the earth. How could He have a son when He does not have a companion and He created all things? And He is, of all things, Knowing. (6:101)
And He it is who causes gardens to grow, [both] trellised and untrellised, and palm trees and crops of different [kinds of] food and olive and pomegranates, similar and dissimilar. Eat of [each of] its fruit when it yields and give its due [zakah] on the day of its harvest. And be not excessive. Indeed, He does not like those who commit excess (6:141)
And We have certainly established you upon the earth and made for you therein ways of livelihood. Little are you grateful. (7:10)
Indeed, your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He covers the night with the day, [another night] chasing rapidly; and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, subjected by His command. Unquestionably, His is the creation and the command; blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds (7:54)
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall] until, when they have carried heavy rain clouds, We drive them to a dead land and We send down rain therein and bring forth thereby [some] of all the fruits. Thus will We bring forth the dead; perhaps you may be reminded (7:57)
It is He who created you from one soul and created from it its mate that he might dwell in security with her (7:189)
Indeed your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne, arranging the matter [of His creation]. There is no intercessor except after His permission. That is Allah, your Lord, so worship Him. Then will you not remember? (10:3)
It is He who made the sun a shining light and the moon a derived light and determined for it phases – that you may know the number of years and account [of time]. Allah has not created this except in truth. He details the signs for a people who know. (10:5)
It is He who made for you the night to rest therein and the day, giving sight. Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen (10:67)
And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage. All is in a clear register. (11:6)
And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days – and His Throne had been upon water – that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed. But if you say, “Indeed, you are resurrected after death,” those who disbelieve will surely say, “This is not but obvious magic.” (11:7)
And to Thamud [We sent] their brother Salih. He said, “O my people, worship Allah; you have no deity other than Him. He has produced you from the earth and settled you in it, so ask forgiveness of Him and then repent to Him. Indeed, my Lord is near and responsive” (11:61)
It is Allah who erected the heavens without pillars that you [can] see; then He established Himself above the Throne and made subject the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. He arranges [each] matter; He details the signs that you may, of the meeting with your Lord, be certain (13:2)
And it is He who spread the earth and placed therein firmly set mountains and rivers; and from all of the fruits He made therein two mates; He causes the night to cover the day. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought (13:3)
It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers (14:32)
And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the night and the day (14:33)
And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful (14:34)
He created the heavens and earth in truth. High is He above what they associate with Him. (16:3)
He created the human being from a sperm-drop; then at once he is a clear adversary. (16:4)
And the grazing livestock He has created for you; in them is warmth and [numerous] benefits, and from them you eat. (16:5)
And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know (16:8)
It is He who sends down rain from the sky; from it is drink and from it is foliage in which you pasture [animals]. (16:10)
He causes to grow for you thereby the crops, olives, palm trees, grapevines, and from all the fruits. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought. (16:11)
And He has subjected for you the night and day and the sun and moon, and the stars are subjected by His command. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason. (16:12)
And [He has subjected] whatever He multiplied for you on the earth of varying colors. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who remember. (16:13)
And it is He who subjected the sea for you to eat from it tender meat and to extract from it ornaments which you wear. And you see the ships ploughing through it, and [He subjected it] that you may seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful. (16:14)
And He has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it shift with you, and [made] rivers and roads, that you may be guided (16:15)
And Allah has sent down rain from the sky and given life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed, in that is a sign for a people who listen (16:65)
And Allah has made for you from yourselves mates and has made for you from your mates sons and grandchildren and has provided for you from the good things. (16:72)
And Allah has extracted you from the wombs of your mothers not knowing a thing, and He made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect] that perhaps you would be grateful. (16:78)
And Allah has made for you, from that which He has created, shadows [i.e., shade] and has made for you from the mountains, shelters and has made for you garments which protect you from the heat and garments [i.e., coats of mail] which protect you from your [enemy in] battle. Thus does He complete His favor upon you that you might submit [to Him] (16:81)
Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing. (17:30)
[It is He] who has made for you the earth as a bed [spread out] and inserted therein for you roadways and sent down from the sky, rain and produced thereby categories of various plants (20:53)
And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming. (21:33)
And He is the one who gave you life; then He causes you to die and then will [again] give you life. Indeed, the human being is ungrateful (22:66)
And it is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered (23:80)
Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightning almost takes away the eyesight (24:43)
Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent (24:45)
And it is He who has made the night for you as clothing and sleep [a means for] rest and has made the day a resurrection (25:47)
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water (25:48)
And it is He who has released the two seas, one fresh and sweet and one salty and bitter, and He placed between them a barrier and prohibiting partition (25:53)
And it is He who has created from water a human being and made him [a relative by] lineage and marriage. And ever is your Lord competent [concerning creation] (25:54)
Blessed is He who has placed in the sky great stars and placed therein a [burning] lamp and luminous moon (25:61)
And it is He who has made the night and the day in succession for whoever desires to remember or desires gratitude (25:62)
Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds, Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me. And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink. And when I am ill, it is He who cures me. And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life. And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense (26:77-82)
And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses; not for them was the choice. Exalted is Allah and high above what they associate with Him (28:68)
And out of His mercy He made for you the night and the day that you may rest therein and [by day] seek from His bounty and [that] perhaps you will be grateful (28:73)
Allah begins creation; then He will repeat it; then to Him you will be returned (30:11)
He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. And thus will you be brought out (30:19)
And of His signs is that He created you from dust; then, suddenly you were human beings dispersing [throughout the earth]. (30:20)
And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors. Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge. (30:22)
It is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants, immediately they rejoice (30:48)
Allah is the one who created you from weakness, then made after weakness strength, then made after strength weakness and white hair. He creates what He wills, and He is the Knowing, the Competent (30:54)
He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and disperse therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind (31:10)
He arranges [each] matter from the heaven to the earth; then it will ascend to Him in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years of those which you count. That is the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, Who perfected everything which He created and began the creation of the human from clay. (32:5-8)
Say, “Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in His cause] – He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers.” (34:39)
And it is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the resurrection. (35:9)
He causes the night to enter the day, and He causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon – each running [its course] for a specified term. That is Allah, your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty (35:13)
Allah keeps a firm hold on the heavens and earth, lest they cease to exist. And if they cease to exist, is there anyone who can keep hold of them after Him. Indeed, He is Forbearing and Forgiving (35:41)
Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. (36:12)
Exalted is He who created all pairs – from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know (36:36)
Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? And We have tamed them for them, so some of them they ride, and some of them they eat. (36:71-72)
[It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite (36:80)
He created the heavens and earth in truth. He wraps the night over the day and wraps the day over the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. Surely, He is the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver. (39:5)
Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding. (39:21)
It is He who shows you His signs and sends down to you from the sky, provision. But none will remember except he who turns back [in repentance] (40:13)
It is Allah who made for you the night that you may rest therein and the day giving sight. Indeed, Allah is full of bounty to the people, but most of the people are not grateful (40:61)
It is Allah who made for you the earth a place of settlement and the sky a structure and formed you and perfected your forms and provided you with good things. That is Allah, your Lord; then blessed is Allah, Lord of the worlds. (40:64)
It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term; and perhaps you will use reason (40:67)
He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, “Be,” and it is. (40:68)
It is Allah who made for you the grazing animals upon which you ride, and some of them you eat. (40:79)
Say, “Do you indeed disbelieve in He who created the earth in two days and attribute to Him equals? That is the Lord of the worlds.” (41:9)
And He placed on it firmly set mountains over its surface, and He blessed it and determined therein its [creatures’] sustenance in four days without distinction – for [the information of] those who ask (41:10)
And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired in each heaven its command. And We adorned the nearest heaven with lamps and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing (41:12)
And of His signs are the night and day and the sun and moon. Do not prostrate to the sun or to the moon, but prostrate to Allah, who created them, if it should be Him that you worship (41:37)
And of His signs is that you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent. (41:39)
[He is the] Originator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you from yourselves, mates, and among the cattle, mates; He multiplies you thereby. There is nothing like unto Him, and He is the Hearing, the Seeing (42:11)
Allah is Subtle with His servants; He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the Powerful, the Exalted in Might (42:19)
And if Allah had extended [excessively] provision for His servants, they would have committed tyranny throughout the earth. But He sends [it] down in an amount which He wills. Indeed He is, of His servants, Acquainted and Seeing. (42:27)
To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; He creates what He wills. He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males. (42:49)
Or He makes them [both] males and females, and He renders whom He wills barren. Indeed, He is Knowing and Competent (42:50)
[The one] who has made for you the earth a bed and made for you upon it roads that you might be guided (43:10)
And who created the species, all of them, and has made for you of ships and animals those which you mount (43:12)
And Allah created the heavens and earth in truth and so that every soul may be recompensed for what it has earned, and they will not be wronged (45:22)
Do they not see that Allah, who created the heavens and earth and did not fail in their creation is able to give life to the dead? Yes. Indeed, He is over all things competent (46:33)
O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of God is the most righteous1416 of you. Indeed, God is Knowing and Acquainted. (49:13)
Have they not looked at the heaven above them – how We structured it and adorned it and [how] it has no rifts? And the earth – We spread it out and cast therein firmly set mountains and made grow therein [something] of every beautiful kind, Giving insight and a reminder for every servant who turns [to God]. And We have sent down blessed rain from the sky and made grow thereby gardens and grain from the harvest And lofty palm trees having fruit arranged in layers – As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the emergence [i.e., resurrection]. (50:6-11)
And We have already created the human being and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein (50:16)
And We did certainly create the heavens and earth and what is between them in six days, and there touched Us no weariness. (50:38)
Indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and to Us is the destination (50:43)
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. (51:56)
Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength (51:58)
And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures (55:10)
He created the human being from clay like [that of] poetry (55:14)
And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire (55:15)
It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein; and He is with you1516 wherever you are. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing. (57:4)
Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. We have made clear to you the signs; perhaps you will understand (57:17)
It is He who created you, and among you is the disbeliever, and among you is the Believer. And God, of what you do, is Seeing. (64:2)
He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination. (64:3)
It is Allah who has created seven heavens and of the earth, the like of them. [His] command descends among them so you may know that Allah is over all things competent and that God has encompassed all things in knowledge. (65:12)
[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed – and He is the Exalted in Might, the Forgiving (67:2)
[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in I creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks? (67:3)
And We have certainly beautified the nearest heaven with lamps and have made [from] them what is thrown at the devils and have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze (67:5)
It is He who made the earth tame for you – so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision – and to Him is the resurrection (67:15)
Say, “It is He who has produced you and made for you hearing and vision and hearts [i.e., intellect]; little are you grateful.” (67:23)
Say, “It is He who has multiplied you throughout the earth, and to Him you will be gathered.” (67:24)
Indeed, We created man from a sperm-drop mixture that We may try him; and We made him hearing and seeing. (76:2)
Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats. And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate, Honorable Owner of the Throne, Effecter of what He intends. (85:13-16)
